I had a wonderful stay! Special thanks to Magno at the reception — he was incredibly helpful throughout my visit. Since I organise concerts across Europe, my travel plans often change, and the team was always kind and flexible whenever I needed to extend my stay. I stayed in a few different rooms, and all of them were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The studio flat-style rooms are very convenient — they have everything you need, including a washing machine and an oven. The price is great for what you get, and overall, this is one of the nicest places to stay in London. Highly recommended!

This is a great place to stay if you need to be in this area. It is clean, comfortable and friendly. Easy in and out. Not a luxury hotel but a variety of room configurations snd have what you need. Warm, lots of towels, nice bedding. This is my second stay here and will come again.

Lovely stay at this friendly hotel, and so reasonably priced (especially for London!). Our apartment included a kitchen, with breakfast bar, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer and washing machine! We were only there for one night, but a longer stay would have been great. 10 minutes walk from Finsbury Park tube makes it a really handy place to stay after a gig, which was what we did. I thought the rooms where nice and clean it had every thing you needed it was close to the bus stops for going into London the staff was really friendly the stairs where bad for my knees but I managed

Hidden luxury apart-hotel hidden away in Seven Sisters!! As someone who works in hospitality industry, I was very impressed during my stay here. Its very rare to find a place where Im impressed with the details, even the best hotels ive stayed in have slipped up on multiple areas. However this establishment passed all my inspections and critical eye. I work away alot so its amazing to find a hotel built to feel like a home. Affordable apartment living with hotel service. I was shocked to discover its been around for 10 years because it looks like it was newly built yesterday, well done to the building manager for keeping the interior and building maintenance at high standard. - Interiors: All the floors and half the walls are marble, very luxurious feel, makes it super easy to clean. White walls are clean, no marks. - Checking-in experience: Fast and simple at reception, no crazy paperwork to fill in, lots of information and guidance provided. - Security: using keycard to access room and building. There is CCTV cameras throughout the entrance and building, feel very safe especially as a woman travelling alone or have a family with you. - Amenities: The apartment is fully kitted out with modern equipment (fridge, washing machine, stove, oven, toaster, microwave, office table, full size cupboard, clothes hangers), everything you need for weekend or short-term stay for business or holiday. Like your home away from home. - All the small essentials you can think of are also provided: cleaning equipment, kitchenware (cutlery, plates, mugs, glasses, pots), washing up liquid, kitchen towel, bathroom towel, for once nice smelling good quality handwash and shower gel (none of that cheap shit most hotels have). Also slippers which is a nice touch. Proper bedding (not just sleeping on one sheet) that actually smells clean, no stains, large bed, I think ours was queen size with lots of pillows. - Cleaninless and Hygiene: I can tell the cleaning team is very meticulous and true professionals because everything was shining. Didnt find any grime on any corners, no mold in crevices, no dust under furniture. Believe me, I moved everything and checked. - Staff: friendly enough, not super talkative but it didnt bother us. The manager on duty in the morning was lovely, more conversational, attentive and you can feel he genuinely cares about people, made sure all the essential items were topped up when we needed them. He deserves an award along with his whole team. - Area: surprisingly quiet despite being on the main road. Very close to lots of shopping and food spots, basically 5min walk in all directions. Lots of culture to discover, especially Mediterranean, South American and African cusines. Buses and train stations also nearby. Very convenient location connecting to all over London. Improvements - The tv remote and light switches were sticky and the aircon/heater machine blows out dusty air. I recommend the hotel to get this cleaned out or change filters. Thankfully we didnt need to put heater on as the room maintained a good temperature throughout the day and the duvet was the thick quality type that keeps you warm without extra layers on. - There was an old dirty dish sponge, the manager quickly replaced it with new one. Recommend each new guest to have new one. Dish sponges are not expensive things, cheap ones work the same. Also put it in a sponge tray to avoid bacteria growing on surfaces. - I would also recommend better window blinds to block out light at night near the bed and under the doors, the light from the hallway shines through. - A night light near the bathroom also effective to avoid accidents during the night as the rooms are a little tight, understandably to fit everything in it. - To avoid room smelling like cleaning products, get the plugin air fresheners, put one in the hallway and inside the room. Conclusion - they can take my money as I definitely will return. My go-to apart-hotel in London.

Was met by a lovely chap at reception called Magino . He was very friendly and helpful. The rooms very very good for the price paid . Would highly recommend if you need a place to stay in London and for the right price too

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place is very clean and convenient, making it perfect for my trip. Liliana was extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. I truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism. Would love to come back again, highly recommend!

very well located, close to the stadium and very close to the station, super quiet and family atmosphere, super fragrant and cozy rooms, not to mention the super polite manager Magno, he accompanied me with my bags and carried them to the room, a very nice and attentive guy, answered all my questions and even recommended a great restaurant, I am very grateful, I will come back on my next vacation.
